An audience award winner at several film festivals, Watermarks is the moving story of a group of championship women swimmers now in their 80s who travel back to Vienna to meet each other for the first time in years. All were members of the Jewish sports club Hakoah Vienna (The Strengtin Hebrew), once one of Europe's biggest athletic clubs. In 1938, the Nazis shut down the club, but all the swimmers managed to flee the country before the war broke out.
