Synopsis

In an afterlife where souls have one week to decide where to spend eternity or stay put and find a job, Joan (Elizabeth Olsen) is faced with an impossible choice. Most souls just have to pick a place where they want to spend eternity, and it can be a difficult decision. Do they choose the mountains, the beach, a place for those in the LGBTQ community, the party life, golf land, or one of the many other places that are offered.

Joan also has to decide between two men. Does she stay with her second husband (Miles Teller), the man she spent most of her life with, with whom she shares not only years of memories but children and grandchildren; or her first love (Callum Turner), who died young in the war and has waited decades for her to arrive so they could be reunited and choose their eternity. Once she's decided, she can never go back or she'll face being sent to purgatory forever.
