How I Met Your Mother: Last Forever

So how did you feel about the way How I Met Your Mother concluded? After nine long seasons, we finally got our answer. Was it worth the wait? Consider how the show went on for too long, and how it seemed like the latter seasons really dragged its foot on the reveal.

The seventh season of How I Met Your Mother concluded with the two-parter, "The Magician's Code." By now, the show should really have provided an answer to how Ted met the mother of his children, but alas, it has not.

Since Iron Man (2008), many have patiently waited as Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) slowly assembled (tee hee hee) a team of far-flung superheroes, one at a time. We knew this was coming. As much fun as those post-credits recruitment scenes were, I regarded them with dread.

The first weekend of May typically marks the opening of the summer movie season. Normally, this time of year is when the first of many films begin their theatrical release in hopes of reaching that blockbuster status. Not this year.
