Don't forget, dear readers, that tonight's 30 Rock is live live live! AND, if you have time shifting, be sure to watch both the East Coast and West Coast versions, because they're actually doing TWO live shows tonight and plan to throw in some different jokes.

Tracy Morgan without a net in prime time is sure to be insane!
