Synopsis

Nickie (Tom Cullen) is grief stricken and suffering from depression following the disappearance of his younger brother. He can't hold a job because he's easily enraged, acting out violently.

He meets aspiring artist Emily (Tatiana Maslany) and feels an immediately connection and attraction to her, which is reciprocated. However, when Emily stops taking her medication for bi-polar disorder and begins acting in a bizarre manner, Nickie feels helpless.
