Synopsis

The film tells the story of the last 12 hours in the life of Jesus (James Caviezel), on the day of his crucifixion in Jerusalem.

This is a new, less intense version of the 2004 release, with 6 minutes of cuts intended to make the film more accessible to a wider audience, particularly those that had concerns about some of the extreme moments in the original version.
