Ben Folds Way To Normal (Amazon)

This is the third full length solo album from piano bad-ass Ben Folds. If you're not already familiar with him, I suggest you march yourself down to a record store and purchase Whatever and Ever Amen by Ben Folds Five as soon as humanly possible. Way to Normal features a duet with Regina Spektor, a song about falling off the stage in the middle of a concert and more of the same emotional depth, wry humor and kick butt piano rock fans have come to expect from Folds over the years.

Jack's Mannequin The Glass Passenger (Amazon)

Jack's Mannequin began as a side project of Something Corporate's Andrew McMahon. The Glass Passenger is their second album, and the band has plans to tour across the States this fall playing it in its entirety.

Tom Morello: The Nightwatchman The Fabled City (Amazon)

The Fabled City is the second studio album from former Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello. He created his alter-ego "The Nightwatchman" when he decided to begin a solo act of political acoustic folk music, and released his first album, One Man Revolution under that name back in April 2007.
