Chances are that unless you were born in the last 10 years, the first experience you would have had in going to a movie theatre involved film. For the better part of the entire existence of the motion picture film or movie industry, movies were captured on celluloid film and projected off them as well.

Review: Man of Steel

His action sequences are faster than a speeding bullet. His use of incredible CGI more powerful than a locomotive. He is able to break box-office records in a single bound (that one I'm just speculating on).

Review: The Dark Knight Rises

I almost don't want to write about this movie. My love of the classic Bob Kane (later improved by Frank Miller and countless others) character has nothing to do with my interest in film criticism. When I watch a Batman movie, I don't necessarily want to view it with the same stringent requirements that I would a classier, more prestigious film.
