20 seasons into Survivor, and it just keeps going strong. Sure, it's way down in the ratings from its first couple seasons, but most broadcast television is down these days, and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains still managed to win Thursday night in most ratings categories all season.
Well, there's one thing for certain after this week's episode of Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains: viewers either loved this episode or hated it. When two alpha players the likes of Boston Rob and Russell end up on opposite alliances, it's going to result in a messy confrontation, and that makes for entertaining but polarizing television.
After a week off due to March Madness, we had our annual special Wednesday episode of Survivor, and what a spectacular episode it was! There was individual immunity, team reward, both teams going to Tribal Council, an immunity idol in play, and a questioning of a Survivor legend's legacy.

Things are getting crazy on the island, and we're only a few days in! Just like Survivor: All-Stars, there is a lot of turmoil early on. But unlike that show, it doesn't seem to be personalities clashing based on previous relationships. This seems to be more a case of people who have played the game before thinking they know better than anyone how to play the game.
