TCM watch: A pretty entertaining lineup tonight, although not exactly great cinema. Starting at eight, they've got some early post-nuclear apocalypse flicks, followed by Reefer Madness and other drugs are bad m'kay? movies. Then tomorrow morning, a couple of Fred-and-Gingers - Shall We Dance at six, followed by Swing Time. Sunday at 1:15 am; Johnny Belinda (a small-town doctor helps a deaf-mute farm girl learn to communicate) will be on, featuring a fine performance by Jane Wyman; The Great Lie (believing her husband to be dead, a flyer's wife bargains with his former love to adopt the woman's baby) at 9:30 am; Mildred Pierce (a woman turns herself into a business tycoon to win her selfish daughter a place in society) at 1:30 pm; at I Remember Mama (Norwegian immigrants face the trials of family life in turn-of-the-century San Francisco) at 5:30 pm.
