Synopsis

Former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader and U.S. war veteran Will Ford (Dwayne Johnson) has the job of assessing the safety and security for the world's tallest buildings.

While carrying out his duties in China, he finds what was once the tallest and safest building on fire, and he's being accused of causing it. While trying to escape prosecution, Will must find the truth of who caused this as well as figure out how to rescue his family who is trapped inside the burning building.
