Golden Globe Nominations: Film

The season is upon us... joy to the world! No, I'm not talking about the holiday season -- I'm talking about Hollywood awards season. The Emmys and Grammys always get things started in the fall, early every new year are the 2 big film awards: The Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. The Globes start off first in January, and the nominations just came out Thursday.

The big film nominations included The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Doubt, Frost/Nixon, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, and In Brudges, while a couple over-the-top comedies -- Tropic Thunder and Pineapple Express -- even scored acting nominations.
