There is a subtle joke that is played out in this episode. The joke not only targeted the characters, but also the viewer. Throughout the episode, there is the assumption that Bernadette was going to break up with Howard. This assumption became the plot, wherein everybody gossiped about.
In the wake of Isobel's return, Rick and Elena's long buried feelings are brought to the surface while they try to determine if she is an ally or an enemy.
Picking up in the moments following from the last episode, Isobel is standing at Elena's door while both Elena and Jenna pick their jaws up from off the floor.

Back in season three, the employees were all invited by Kelly to join her at a Diwali celebration. At the celebration, Michael was introduced to Hindu culture, and learned about arranged marriage and how quickly Kelly's parents got married. Michael then proceeded to propose to Carol in front of everybody, which caused an awkward moment for the two of them.

Since last I wrote to you in this section, I've spent some time in L.A. covering the Oscars for ShowbizMonkeys.com. But beyond just taking in the year's biggest celebration of film (or rather, spending time on the Red Carpet leading up to said celebration), I also took in a lot of comedy.

World of Warcraft is a place on the internet where lots of drama occurs. On the surface, it is just a game, but to Sheldon, it is more than a game. To him, it is his on-line alternate life. In this alternate life, Sheldon has spent a huge amount of time leveling up, and collecting virtual items. It comes as no surprise that Sheldon would react badly when he was hacked.

The ridiculously long commercials. And worst of all, the elongated elimination segments that attempt to build tension and suspense.
Imagine a pregnancy without stretch marks or swollen feet, without cravings or contractions, and without wearing muumuus or getting morning sickness. Sound too good to be true ladies? All you need is a human easy bake oven from an alternate universe.
