Moustaches: the symbol of manliness. While in recent years, it appears moustaches have tragically gone "out of style", there should be little doubt that in their heydey, they were the ultimate fashion statement for men.
God helps those that help themselves.
While showing the impala some tlc, the Winchesters know they still aren't any closer to finding Metatron or the Darkness. Rather than go stir crazy at the bunker, they decide to look into a case in Oregon which may be nothing but it beats sitting around.
So a demon and an angel are having a drink at a bar...
After finding Castiel on the floor of the bunker and begging for help, Sam and Dean know their friend doesn't have much time. Meanwhile, in a warehouse with broken down cars, Rowena pitches the idea of a mega coven to a few of her fellow witches. Unfortunately for her, the pitch falls flat so she just kills them all.
Not even demon babies and angel torture could prevent this week's Supernatural from being a complete mess.
Following the events of the Darkness being unleashed, Dean is just about to drop Jenna and baby Amara off at her grandmother's house where things might settle down for them away from the chaos.

Supernatural is back for its eleventh season and the Winchesters now have to face an enemy that predates creation itself: The Darkness.
Immediately picking up where last season's finale left off, Sam awakens in the impala after the explosion from The Darkness happened in the field but Dean is nowhere to be found.
One of my favorite moments during Dave Letterman's final few weeks was Norm Macdonald's tearful salute. As he was performing a standup routine during one of Dave's last shows, he told a story of seeing Letterman do stand up when he was a kid which made MacDonald want to go into comedy.

I was at a lounge last Saturday night. A well dressed man in his early twenties was sitting at a nearby table and I overheard him ordering an Old Fashioned because "That's what Don Draper drinks!" I wanted to call this guy a loser but I was doing exactly the same thing. Except I didn't admit it aloud.
Dean Winchester has tipped over his king.
His brother is missing but Sam is still dead set on finding a cure for the Mark of Cain; whatever the consequences might be. For Dean, it's been a long road but he still needs to keep busy with case. Luckily, he just got a call from a fellow hunter, Rudy, about a nest of vamps that killed one girl and took the other one alive.
Charlie is gone and the Winchesters are less for it but Dean doesn't intend to take this lying down.
After Cyrus Styne is bullied by one of his classmates, he later finds him on his dad's operating table. Munroe Styne intends to make a man out of Cyrus and he intends to have him make every incision.
Sometimes the price is too high.
It's been days since Sam locked Rowena in a basement to try and decipher the Book of the Damned but she isn't any closer to cracking the cipher to read it.
