SYTYCD Canada: 8 to 6

Y'all, should we just go ahead and call this win for Nico early? I can't see it ending any other way. The only person the crowd has ever screamed louder for is Mia. Speaking of which... Mia! In the flesh! Judging! And actually being constructive! Ah, bliss.

As if that weren't enough, we also get a dose of Benji, some Li'l C, a freaking hot-hot-hot Blake routine, and Allie in sparkly leaves. But who went home? Click through to find out if you missed it!

The bottom four were Lisa, Arassay, Vincent and Izaak. This is fine by me as long as my beloved Miles and Nico continue to be safe. And ousted? Arassay and Vincent. Everyone – EVERYONE – bawled their eyes out at these announcements. But you know what? At this point, all the dancers are amazing, and as much as it sucks for two very talented people to go home, who else is there? Someone has to go, and the people who connect least with the audience are going to be in the bottom, no matter how wonderful of dancers they are. At any rate, I'm sure Vincent's feeling fine since Mia said she'd fight to hire him after the show.

For my part, I was hoping for a Natalli/Izaak ouster, as they've both overstayed their welcome, and since Jean-Marc apologized to Izaak for last week, I didn't bitterly vote for him out of spite and wouldn't have been sad to see him go.

But tell me! In a week of eight phenomenal routines, which one was your favourite? And what about those solos? Was it just me, or was everyone dancing their hearts out? AND HOW ABOUT THOSE ABS ON MILES, EH? (Calgary Flames indeed!)

Also, this week, I realized that Dan Karaty is a dead ringer for Joey MacIntyre. Yes/no?

I loved Blake's routine. It was DIRTY, but amazing. I was also a fan of the Contemporary with Vincent and Natalli. I have that Mika song on repeat now.

Dan Karaty + Joey MacIntire = doppelgangers for sure.

I was definitely sad to see Vincent go, but I agree: we're at the point where someone good has to go every week. I also agree that Nico is the Theo Tams of So You Think You Can Dance.

Only way, way hotter.

Blake's routine was the first time Lisa has seemed really womanly to me. I actually started to like her because of that routine.

While I agree that at this point there is no really good choice to go home, I would have liked to see Natalli and Izaak go. Izaak isn't reaching his full potential and even though the judges don't seem to care, I don't like that Natalli can't keep time.

Lisa and Nico's Blake routine was my fav this week. I also enjoyed Dan's censorship comment b/c I was totally thinking it.

Agree about Dan and Joey.

Ladyjbug, love the Theo Tams reference, so true... Was sad to see Arrasay and Vincent go, I was actually thinking it was the curse of being Issak and Natallis partner, mostly because I didn't want to see Francis and Caitlyn go before their partners that were less than par, and then to see it happen again was sad. I did love, love the contemporary routine, but want to see strong partnerships in the Top 6 and that can't happen with Issak and Natalli there. Just hoping that Nico isn't paired with her this week, but think it might be invitable since he has partnered with the other two. Blakes routine was blazing hit, made me love Nico even more, didn't think that was possible. Miles and Allie pairing was awesome, Go Calgary!

I too wish Kaitlyn was still around. She should be in the Top 4 along with Allie, not Natalli or Lisa.
